Exteriors

Exterior painting in Orlando.

Central Florida sun, humidity and afternoon storms are hard on paint. We prepare stucco, block and trim properly and use coatings built for this climate.

Exterior Painting

Built for Florida weather.

Most Central Florida homes are stucco over concrete block. That means hairline cracks, chalky old paint and surfaces that hold moisture, and each one has to be dealt with before new paint will last. The sun and summer storms find every shortcut.

We clean the surface, repair cracks, seal and prime where needed, then apply exterior coatings suited to the heat and humidity. Painting is scheduled around the weather so the paint has time to cure before the afternoon rain.

Questions

Exterior Painting FAQs.

When is the best time to paint a house exterior in Orlando?

Paint can go on most of the year here. The main limits are rain and very high humidity, so we schedule around the forecast and plan summer work for the drier part of the day.

Do you paint stucco?

Yes. Stucco and block are the most common exteriors we see. Cracks are repaired and the surface is prepared so the new coating bonds and lasts.

Do I need to be home?

Usually not. We need access to the exterior and to water, and we agree on the schedule with you in advance.
